I was having a conversation with someone on chat the other day and she said something that was like a light bulb coming on over my head. She said she only thinks there are 2 kinds of ppl in the world. People who know they have shit to work out and ppl who don’t know they have shit to work out. And I realized I want to be one of those ppl who knows they have shit to work out AND is actually working on my shit.

So… what to work on first … that is the $64,000.00 question.
I’m feeling constipated…get it… shit to work out??? Nvm.

Grapejuice does wonders in relieving constipation. Marg my friend, work towards having "grape juice" moments. One juice a day to a healthier you! And i hope day 4 will be a "fruitful" as the past few days.
