Towards the end of the movie Phenomenon there is a really cool scene. Not one of the scenes were the John Travolta character George is doing phenomenal things although those are cool too. The scene that made me go damn, and think is just a quick scene in a cool movie I have not watched in years. So, when i saw it again the other day, I thought I’d share…

Three guys in the bar are making negative comments about George and one turns to the doc and asks:
Guy: He never got smarter, did he Doc?
Doc: How’s your lady love?
Guy: We broke up.
Doc: Oh, really that’s too bad. Yeah. Now George, he got a love at his side and she is sticking with him. You know why? Because he bought her chairs. Pretty smart to me. You ever buy Lisa’s chairs?
Guy: God Doc is really drunk tonight.
Doc: Every woman has her chairs, something she has to put herself into.
Did you ever figure out what Lisa’s chairs were and buy them?


So I’m going to remember that the next time I meet someone that intrigues me to the point that I want to learn her “chairs”.
